Print Google Slides with Speaker Notes
Printing with speaker notes gives presenters a physical script alongside each slide. Google Slides supports a notes view that shows the slide thumbnail with the full notes below it. To print this layout, use Slides' built-in export function rather than the standard PDF export.
Exporting Slides with notes
Open the Slides file and go to File > Print. In the print dialog, find the layout option and select 'Notes'. This layout shows one slide per page with the speaker notes below the slide image. Download this version as a PDF or print directly.
Batch printing with notes using the extension
The Docs to PDF extension exports Slides in the standard slides-only format. For notes printing, the standard extension export does not include notes. Download the notes version manually from each file, or export just the slides with the extension and print them separately from a manually downloaded notes PDF.
