Print All Files from a Shared Drive at Once
To print everything in a shared Drive folder, open the folder, press Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select all files, and run the Docs to PDF extension. Every compatible file converts and downloads as a PDF. Then select all PDFs and print the whole set in one job.
Full folder selection in shared Drive
Navigate to the shared folder in Google Drive. Use Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select all visible files. Click the extension icon. The extension converts every Google Doc, Sheet, and Slides file in the selection. Other file types are skipped.
What gets skipped
Uploaded files (Word, Excel, images, existing PDFs) are not converted by the extension. Files with download restrictions fail individually. Everything else in the folder exports normally.
After the batch
Select all downloaded PDFs and print. On Windows, right-click and choose Print. On Mac, open in Preview or use Finder's print option.
