Print Selected Files from a Shared Drive
You do not always need to print every file in a shared folder. Use Ctrl+click or Cmd+click to select only the files you want. The extension converts only your selection, not the whole folder.
Selective file picking in shared folders
In the shared folder, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) and click each file you want to convert. Or use Shift+click to select a contiguous range. Run the extension on your selection only.
When selective printing is better
A shared project folder may contain many files, but you only need the final versions or specific types for your review. Selective printing avoids wasting paper on files you do not need.
Adjusting your selection after a first pass
If you print a selection and realize you missed a file, go back to Drive, select only the missed file, and run the extension again. The previously printed PDFs are unaffected.
