Print Google Slides from a Shared Drive
Presentations stored in shared drives or team drives are accessible the same way as personal Drive files for batch printing. Open the shared drive folder, select the Slides files, run the extension, and print the resulting PDFs.
Accessing shared drive presentations
Navigate to 'Shared drives' in Google Drive's left panel. Open the relevant folder and select the Slides presentations you need to print. Run the Docs to PDF extension the same way you would for a personal Drive file.
