Convert Multiple Sheets from Google Sheets to PDF
Exporting multiple sheets from a Google Sheets workbook to PDF gives you a combined document with each sheet's content included. You can include all sheets or scope the export to specific tabs.
Exporting all sheets in a workbook
In Google Sheets, go to File > Print and set the scope to Workbook. This includes all visible tabs in the PDF. Each sheet starts on a new page. Run the extension to download the combined PDF.
Selecting specific sheets to include
Google Sheets does not have a built-in way to select a subset of sheets for PDF export. A workaround is to move the sheets you want to export into a new spreadsheet file, set the print scope to Workbook, and export that file. Alternatively, export each sheet individually and merge the resulting PDFs.
Page order in a multi-sheet export
Sheets appear in the PDF in the same order as their tabs. Rearrange tabs by dragging them at the bottom of the Google Sheets interface before exporting if you need a specific page order.
