Questions
- What counts as a conversion?
- Each document you export to PDF counts as one, also when you merge several documents into one PDF. Exporting a folder of 40 documents uses 40.
- Do unused conversions roll over?
- No. A plan's allowance resets every month, on yearly plans too. Free conversions you haven't used stay on your account.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, in the billing portal (Manage billing). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Same features and the same monthly allowance. Pro yearly is $100 instead of 12 × $10, and its conversions refill every month.
