Convert All Google Slides Presentations to PDF at Once
When you need every presentation in a folder as a PDF, open the folder in Google Drive, press Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select everything, and run the Docs to PDF extension. The extension identifies Google Slides files automatically and exports each one as a separate PDF. Non-presentation files are skipped.
Preparing for a full folder export
Before selecting all, move any drafts or old versions you do not need into a subfolder. This keeps the batch clean. The extension processes every file in your selection, so removing unwanted files upfront saves time and avoids cluttering your downloads folder.
Running the export
Press Ctrl+A or Cmd+A in the folder view, then click the Docs to PDF icon. The extension starts converting each presentation and shows a progress count. Keep Chrome open and the Drive tab active until the batch finishes.
Finding your PDFs after the export
All PDFs are saved to your Chrome downloads folder with the name of the source presentation. If you need them organized into a subfolder, move them immediately after the batch completes while they are still grouped by modification time.

Does the extension skip non-Slides files in the selection?
Yes. The extension only converts Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Other file types like uploaded images or Word documents are ignored.
