Convert All Google Slides to PDF
Exporting all slides from a Google Slides presentation to PDF creates a one-slide-per-page document that preserves your layout, fonts, and images across every slide. The Docs to PDF extension handles the full presentation in one click.
Full presentation export in one step
With the Docs to PDF extension installed, open the presentation in Google Slides or select it in Drive. Click the extension icon and the complete presentation exports as a PDF. Every slide, from the first to the last, is included in the output.
Slide layouts and formatting
Each slide exports at the size defined in the presentation settings. Standard 16:9 widescreen presentations and 4:3 standard presentations both export at their native aspect ratio. Fonts, background colors, images, shapes, and text boxes all carry through to the PDF.
Skipping specific slides
Google Slides does not support partial export by page range in a direct way. If you need a subset of slides, duplicate the presentation, delete the slides you do not need, and export that copy. Alternatively, export the full presentation and extract the pages you want from the resulting PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the PDF include every slide?
Yes. The full presentation exports by default. Every visible slide is included in the PDF output.
What about hidden slides?
Slides hidden using the Skip slide option in Google Slides may be excluded from the export. Check your presentation settings if you need to include or exclude specific slides.
