Convert an Entire Google Sheet to PDF
Converting an entire Google Sheet to PDF exports all tabs and all data in the spreadsheet. The extension respects the print settings in each tab, so page setup, orientation, and print areas set in the Sheets editor are reflected in the PDF output.
All tabs in one PDF
When you export an entire Google Sheet, each tab becomes a section in the PDF. Tabs appear in the same order as in the Sheets editor. If a tab is hidden in Sheets, it is excluded from the PDF.
Setting up print areas for each tab
If some tabs contain helper columns or draft data you do not want in the PDF, set a print area in Sheets for each tab. Select the range you want, go to View > Print setup > Set print area. The PDF will include only the defined range for that tab.
Controlling page orientation per tab
Each tab in Google Sheets can have its own page orientation. A summary tab might work best in portrait, while a data table tab needs landscape. Set orientation per tab in File > Page setup before exporting.
Frequently Asked Questions
