Converting Google Sheets to PDF from Drive means selecting the spreadsheet in the Drive file list and clicking the extension icon. You do not need to open the file in the Sheets editor. The PDF downloads based on the print settings already saved in the file.
Selecting Sheets in Drive
In Google Drive, switch to list view. Click the checkbox next to the spreadsheet you want to convert. The Docs to PDF icon becomes active. Click it and the PDF downloads. For multiple spreadsheets, use Ctrl+click to select several and convert them all at once.
Print settings are read from the file
The extension uses whatever print settings are saved in the Sheets file: page orientation, print area, scale, header visibility, gridlines. If the settings need updating, open the Sheets file first, adjust under File > Page setup, save the changes, and then run the extension from Drive.

The extension handles Google Sheets alongside Google Docs and Slides in the same batch. A folder containing Docs, Sheets, and Slides can be converted all at once. Each file type produces its own PDF.
