Bulk Convert Multiple Presentation Templates to PDF

Multiple audience variations
Presentation templates sometimes come in versions tailored for different audiences, such as an executive summary version and a detailed version. Keep both in the same Drive folder and bulk export when ready. Each version becomes a separate PDF.
Running the bulk export
Select all presentation template files in the folder. Click the extension icon. Each template is exported as a separate PDF named after the Google Doc. All PDFs download in sequence.
Distributing the right version
After the bulk export, distribute each PDF version to the appropriate audience. Naming the Google Docs clearly before export, such as 'Presentation - Executive Version' and 'Presentation - Full Version', makes it easy to match each PDF to the right recipient group.
