Merge Google Sheets into One PDF

Open Google Drive and select the Sheets you want to combine. Click the Docs to PDF extension icon, switch to merge mode, arrange the files in the order you want, and click Merge. Each Sheet is exported using Google's conversion engine, which respects print areas, page orientation, and column widths, then all the exports are combined into one PDF.

Google Sheets has detailed print settings that control which cells appear in the PDF, how wide columns are, and what page orientation to use. These settings are defined in each source Sheet and are respected during the merge export. Set up your print areas in each Sheet before merging for the cleanest result.

Charts embedded in Google Sheets export as static images in the PDF. The chart data is frozen at the point of export. If the underlying data changes, re-running the merge produces an updated PDF with the current chart state.

When a Google Sheets file has multiple tabs, the extension exports all visible tabs as separate pages in the PDF by default. Hidden tabs are not exported. If you only want specific tabs, hide the others before merging, or adjust the print settings to export only the active sheet.
