Installing the extension
Open the Chrome Web Store and search for Docs to PDF, or follow the direct link from docs-to-pdf.com. Click Add to Chrome. The extension requests permission to access Google Drive. This permission is needed to read your selected files and call the export API. The extension does not store your documents.
Using the extension button
After installation, the Docs to PDF icon appears in the Chrome extensions area of the toolbar. If you do not see it, click the puzzle piece icon and pin the extension. Then open any Google Doc or select one in Drive and click the icon.
