Print All Google Sheets Files at Once
The Docs to PDF extension converts all selected Google Sheets files to PDF in one pass. Navigate to the folder containing your spreadsheets, select all, click the extension, and print the resulting PDFs. No opening each file, no repeated print dialogs.
Batch converting Sheets
Open the folder containing your Sheets files in Drive. Press Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select all files. Click the Docs to PDF extension. Each Sheets file is exported as a PDF and downloaded automatically.
What gets exported from each Sheet
By default, all tabs in each Sheets file are exported. If a Sheet has five tabs, the PDF contains all five. To limit which tabs are included, set a print range in Sheets before running the batch.
Printing the PDFs
After conversion, select all PDFs in your downloads folder and print. The layout of each Sheet in the PDF matches what you would see in Sheets' print preview.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print only specific tabs from a Sheets file?
Set a print area or select specific sheets in Google Sheets' print settings before running the batch conversion. The export respects those settings.
Do all Sheets files need to be in the same folder?
No. You can also select Sheets files from Drive search results and batch-convert them regardless of folder.
