Print Google Sheets from a Shared Drive
Shared drives and team drives work exactly like personal drives for batch Sheets printing. Open the shared drive folder, select the Sheets files you want to print, and run the extension. You need at least Viewer access to each file.
Accessing shared drive Sheets
Navigate to the shared drive in Google Drive using the 'Shared drives' section in the left panel. Open the folder containing the Sheets files. Select the files you want and run the extension.
Permission requirements
Viewer access is enough for PDF export. If the file owner has restricted downloads, that file will fail during conversion. Other files in the selection will convert normally.
Printing team reports
This is particularly useful for team finance reports, shared project trackers, and departmental data sheets that are stored in a shared drive and need to be printed for meetings or distribution.
