Export All Tabs from Google Sheets as One PDF
Exporting all tabs from a Google Sheet combines every sheet in the workbook into one PDF. This is useful for complete reports, financial models with multiple views, or any workbook where all tabs are needed together.
Set the print scope to Workbook
Before exporting, go to File > Print in Google Sheets. Change the 'Print' dropdown from 'Current sheet' to 'Workbook'. Close the print preview. Now when you click the Docs to PDF extension icon, the entire workbook exports as a single PDF.
Tab order in the exported PDF
Tabs appear in the PDF in the same order they appear at the bottom of the spreadsheet. If you need a specific order in the PDF, drag the tabs into the right order before exporting.
Hidden tabs in workbook exports
Hidden tabs are not included in the export. If a tab is hidden (right-click the tab and check its visibility), it will not appear in the PDF. Unhide the tabs you need before exporting.
