Merge Presentations with Alternating Pages
Interleaving two presentations is useful for comparing two versions of a deck, showing a before-and-after sequence, or presenting paired perspectives on the same topics.
When to interleave presentations
A design review might compare the original design slides with the revised design slides. A competitor analysis might alternate your product's slide with a competitor's on the same topic. A before-and-after transformation story might alternate the starting state with the outcome for each area.
Matching slide structure
For the alternating format to be meaningful, both presentations should have matching slide structures: slide 1 in both decks covers the same topic, slide 2 covers the same topic, and so on. Plan the deck structure before creating the presentations to ensure alignment.
Frequently Asked Questions
