Combine Multiple Slides Decks into One PDF
When a single presentation project involves three, five, or more separate Google Slides files, merging them into one PDF simplifies delivery and archiving. The extension handles any number of decks in one operation.
Selecting all decks at once
If all decks are in the same Drive folder, select them with Ctrl+A or Cmd+A and then deselect any non-Slides files. If they are spread across folders, use the file picker to add them individually. Open the extension in merge mode once all files are selected.
Managing a large merge list
With five or more decks in the merge list, naming conventions matter. Prefixing deck names with numbers (01_, 02_, 03_) makes it easier to confirm the order is correct in the extension panel. Drag any that are out of sequence before clicking Merge.

Is there a limit on how many Slides decks I can merge?
There is no fixed limit. The extension processes each deck in sequence. Very large merges with many decks may take several minutes.
