Merge Google Slides Preserving Slide Order
Getting the slide order right across a merged PDF means both the within-deck order and the across-deck order need to be correct. The extension handles both.
Within-deck order is automatic
Slides within each presentation are exported in their current order. If slide 5 should come before slide 3, fix that in the Google Slides editor before merging. The extension captures the deck as it appears.
Cross-deck order is set in the extension
In merge mode, the extension shows your selected presentations in a list. Drag them to the correct sequence. The top deck's slides appear first, followed by the second deck's slides, and so on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I merge only selected slides from a deck, not the whole deck?
The extension merges entire presentations. To include only specific slides, create a copy of the presentation, delete the slides you do not want, and then merge the trimmed copy.
