Subfolders require separate operations
The extension converts files in the folder view you have open. It does not automatically recurse into subfolders. If your Drive folder has subfolders inside it, open each subfolder separately and repeat the process. Archiving vs printing
The PDFs you create for printing are also useful for archiving. Once a project is complete, batch-converting the project folder to PDF gives you a permanent, fixed-layout record of every document at that point in time.
