Bulk Convert Google Slides from a Shared Drive to PDF
Presentations stored in shared drives belong to the team but can be exported by anyone with Viewer access. Open the shared drive in Google Drive, navigate to the presentations folder, select the files you want, and run the Docs to PDF extension. The process is identical to exporting from your personal Drive.
Navigating shared drives
Click 'Shared drives' in the left panel of Google Drive. Select the shared drive, then open the folder containing presentations. Use the same Ctrl+click or Cmd+click selection method as with personal Drive files.
Access and permissions
