Send Multiple Google Docs as PDF Attachments
Sending multiple Google Docs as PDF attachments is more efficient with batch export. Select all the documents in Drive, export them at once, and attach all the PDFs to the email in one step.
Batch export all documents first
In Google Drive, select all the documents you want to send as PDFs. Click the Docs to PDF extension icon. All selected documents are exported and downloaded to your downloads folder in sequence.
Attach all PDFs at once
In your email client, start composing the email. When you open the file picker to attach documents, navigate to your downloads folder and select all the PDFs at once using Ctrl+click or Cmd+click. Most email clients support multiple attachments in a single selection.
File size limits
Each attachment counts toward the email size limit. Gmail supports up to 25 MB total per email. If the combined PDF size exceeds that, send multiple emails or upload to Drive and share a folder link.
