Print Multiple Google Docs at Once
The Docs to PDF extension converts multiple Google Docs to PDF in a single operation. Select your Docs in Drive, click the extension, and all the PDFs download automatically. Print them all together without opening a single document.
Selecting multiple Docs in Drive
In Google Drive list view, use Ctrl+click (Windows) or Cmd+click (Mac) to select individual Docs. Use Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select all files in the current folder. With your selection ready, click the Docs to PDF extension icon to start the batch conversion.
Printing after conversion
After the batch finishes, all PDFs are in your downloads folder. On Windows, select them all, right-click, and choose Print. On Mac, open them in Preview or select in Finder and use File > Print.
No document tabs needed
The extension reads file IDs from your Drive selection and calls the export API directly. You stay on the Drive folder view throughout the process. No individual document tabs open.
