Which sheets get included in each PDF
By default, Google Sheets exports all visible tabs when you export to PDF. If your spreadsheet has multiple tabs, each tab becomes a page in the resulting PDF. Hidden tabs are not included. If you only want specific tabs, you need to unhide or delete the others before running the bulk export, or use the single-sheet detail option to export individual tabs.
Formatting in spreadsheet PDFs
Spreadsheet PDFs can look different from what you see on screen because page boundaries do not always align with the data. Wide sheets continue on extra pages.
