Batch Export Mixed Google Workspace File Types as PDF
Batch exporting mixed types means your selection can include Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides all at once. The extension handles each type with the appropriate export settings and produces a separate PDF for each.
Select all file types together
In Google Drive, select a mix of Docs, Sheets, and Slides files. The extension detects the type of each file automatically and applies the correct export format. You do not need to sort by file type before running the batch.
Each type in its natural format
Docs export with their page layout intact. Sheets export with the print settings saved in the file, including orientation and scaling. Slides export one slide per page unless the print settings are configured differently.
Non-Google files are skipped
If your selection includes uploaded Word documents, image files, or other non-Google types, they are skipped. The extension processes only native Google Workspace formats.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I export Google Docs and Sheets in the same batch?
Yes. Select all the files you need regardless of type and run the extension. It handles each type correctly.
Will each file type produce a different kind of PDF?
The output is always a PDF. The layout reflects the source file type: document layout for Docs, spreadsheet layout for Sheets, slides layout for Slides.
