Batch Export Multiple Google Docs as PDF
Batch exporting multiple Google Docs saves the time you would spend opening each file and navigating the export menu. Select all the docs you need in Drive, click the extension, and the PDFs arrive in your downloads folder.
Selecting multiple Google Docs
In Google Drive, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) and click each document you want to include. For a large folder, press Ctrl+A to select all. Then click the Docs to PDF extension icon. The extension filters for Google Docs automatically.
What happens if you include non-Doc files
If your selection includes images, uploaded PDFs, or other file types, the extension skips them and only processes Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. No error is thrown for unsupported types.
Tracking the progress
A progress indicator in the extension panel shows how many files have been processed out of the total selected. Keep the browser tab open while the batch runs.
Frequently Asked Questions
