Export Google Slides as PDF with Notes
Exporting with notes creates a PDF where each slide is followed by or accompanied by the speaker notes written for that slide. This format is useful for training decks, lecture notes, and presenter reference documents.
Configure the notes layout
Open the presentation in Google Slides. Go to File > Print settings and preview. Change the layout to 'Notes'. The preview shows each slide with its speaker notes below. Close the dialog.
Export with the extension
With the notes layout set, click the Docs to PDF extension icon. The export follows the notes layout. Each page of the PDF shows one slide with the associated notes beneath it.
Slides without notes
Slides with no speaker notes will show the slide without a notes section below, or with an empty notes area depending on the layout. The slide itself is always included.
