Selecting multiple documents in Drive
Switch to list view in Google Drive for easier multi-selection. Hold Ctrl on Windows or Cmd on Mac and click each document you want. Use Shift+click to select a consecutive range. Press Ctrl+A or Cmd+A to select all documents in the current folder. The number of selected files appears in the Drive toolbar.
What happens during the batch
